This set includes the HELENA 3 piece starter set with 3 stage adjustable knife and scissor sharpener. The HELENA Series delivers a sleek, minimalist take on modern cutlery, featuring a slim demi-bolster and full-tang German steel blade for balance, sharpness, and long-lasting durability. Its ergonomic handle is secured with stain-resistant rivets for a confident grip. The 3-in-1 Cangshan sharpener restores a factory edge to Western or Asian knives and shears, with a safe handle-style grip and nonslip base. Sharpen twice yearly for best performance.
